Queensbridge – The Bridge to a Happy Education.
Hello and welcome to Queensbridge Primary School. My name is Mrs Chapman and I am very privileged to be the Headteacher at such a special place. Having two children of my own, I recognise that choosing the right school is one of the most difficult decisions parents and carers have to make. Please rest assured knowing that the quality of education and care here in school, is of the standard I expect for my children at home.
All involved at Queensbridge work extremely hard to ensure that our children receive the very best education within a supportive environment. We pride ourselves on the high expectations we hold and our warm and caring approach.
We are an extremely inclusive school with a diverse community and this is something we are very proud of. Although we are a mainstream primary school, we are lucky enough to have 16 places within our resourced provision for children with profound and multiple or severe learning difficulties. We are hoping to expand this provision in the very near future.
Positive partnerships between home and school are truly important. We want you to feel welcome and talk to us about any concerns or worries you may have. Equally, we enjoy listening to any positives that you may wish to share.
We host a number of events throughout the academic year and we do hope to see you as much as possible. We want to provide you with as many opportunities to be involved in your child’s/children’s learning journey so that you become very much part of our Queensbridge family.
